Before using the application, we ask you to read this policy. Data processing is carried out based on your consent and/or within the scope of a contract necessary to provide the services, where provided for by applicable law.
1. What data is collected?
When using the service, you may provide the following data:
- Name and phone number — when submitting an application or completing your profile;
- Comment — text that you may optionally provide when submitting an application;
- Vehicle model — by selecting an available model in the application or entering the model name manually;
- Catalyst photos — images submitted for preliminary evaluation of the catalyst.
Automatically collected data
The application may automatically store the following technical data:
- Device identifier — a random identifier created when the application is launched for the first time. It is stored on your device and is used to display your applications specifically on your device;
- Platform and application version — the iOS or Android platform and application version are used for technical compatibility, error identification, and support.
The application does not require registration, a password, or an email address.
2. What are the data used for?
The collected data is used for the following purposes:
- receiving and reviewing your application;
- contacting you regarding your application, including through an operator's phone call;
- reviewing catalyst photos and conducting a preliminary evaluation;
- determining the preliminary value of the catalyst and providing this information to you;
- displaying your application history;
- displaying saved vehicle models;
- ensuring the operation of the application and identifying and resolving technical issues.
The legal basis for processing the data is your consent where required by applicable law, and the performance of contractual obligations necessary to provide the services.
3. Tracking and advertising
The application does not use advertising networks, analytics systems, or third-party tracking tools.
Your data is not sold, rented, or provided to other companies for advertising purposes.
Your activity in the application is not tracked in applications or on websites of other companies for advertising or tracking purposes.
4. Who is the data shared with?
The following individuals and organizations may have access to the data to the extent necessary to provide the services:
- company employees responsible for reviewing applications and providing customer service;
- technical infrastructure providers, including providers of server hosting, database, and file storage services.
Data is not shared with other third parties, except where providing such data is required by applicable law.
5. Where and how long is the data stored?
Data is stored on servers located within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Applications and the photos attached to them are stored for 1 year. After this period, they are deleted or anonymized so that the individual can no longer be identified.
Profile data — name and phone number — is stored until you change it or request its deletion.
Data stored on the device
The following data may be stored on your device:
- selected language;
- image cache;
- random device identifier associated with the application.
When you delete the application from your device, these local data are also deleted.
6. Your rights
In accordance with the procedure established by applicable law, you may request:
- access to the data stored about you;
- correction of inaccurate or outdated data;
- deletion of data;
- withdrawal of your consent to data processing;
- restriction of data processing in certain cases.
You can independently change your name and phone number through your profile in the application.

7. Data security
Data is transmitted between the application and the server using an encrypted HTTPS connection.
The company takes appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or disclosure.
However, no service can guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet or stored electronically.
8. Children
The service is intended for persons aged 18 and over.
The company does not intentionally collect data from persons under the age of 18.
9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The company may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time.
The new version of the policy becomes effective upon publication on this page. In case of significant changes, additional information may be provided through the application.
